Miso and honey glazed pork tenderloins

For the miso and honey glaze:
-1/3 cup wheat-free miso
-1/3 cup honey
-1/3 cup rice vinegar
-2 garlic cloves, chopped
-2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
-1/2 tsp. 5 Chinese spices 

For the pork tenderloins:
-2 pork tenderloins (1 lb)
-Salt and pepper
-2 pinches of Chinese five spices
-2 tbsp. olive oil
-Toasted sesame seeds 



For the miso and honey glaze:
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all the glaze ingredients and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside for later. 

For the Pork tenderloins:
Place the rack in the center of an oven preheated to 350 ° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Season the pork tenderloins with salt, pepper and 5 spices. 

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and brown the pork tenderloins for 3 minutes per side. 

Transfer the pork tenderloins to the baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. 

Put the oven on broil and brush the pork tenderloins with miso and honey glaze. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn them over, brush again with the glaze and cook for another 2 minutes. Take out of the oven and let stand for 5 minutes. 

Sprinkle tenderloins with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
